The Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Research Center (IDDRC) at CHOP/Penn

Marsh, Eric DSchultz, Robert Thomas

Summary

Approximately 10% of families in the United States care for children and adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, extracting a substantial financial and emotional toll on those with IDD conditions and their families. Our goal is to foster a collaborative, multidisciplinary, cutting-edge community of scientists at CHOP, Penn, and beyond to develop new neurobiologically-based, patient-centered approaches to therapies for these disorders.
