Vitamin E Trial in Persons with Down Syndrome: Sharing Data with the Research Community

This project will contribute a large volume of clinical and biomarker data to the NIH-funded INvestigation of Co- occurring conditions across the Lifespan to Understand Down syndromE (INCLUDE) Project from an international clinical trial, the Vitamin E Trial in Persons with Down Syndrome, for which data has not previously been available to researchers in the field of Down Syndrome and Alzheimer’s disease. The project will advance a major component of INCLUDE, to assemble a large cohort of individuals with Down syndrome across the lifespan to perform deep phenotyping and study co-existing conditions.
